Terms of use

Version 2026-09-28 · Effective September 28, 2026

The conditions for using Project Insight's private beta, including evidence limits, submission authority, and features that are not yet offered.

Private beta

There is no active checkout or paid subscription.

Account creation does not guarantee contributor access, document processing, a verified benchmark, or future team and enterprise features.

  1. 01

    Informational use

Project Insight benchmarks, calculations, and negotiation prompts are informational only and are not legal, financial, or procurement advice. You remain responsible for validating source material and making your own commercial decisions.

  2. 02

    Authorized submissions

By uploading a quote when the controlled workflow is available, you confirm that you are authorized to share it for private analysis and administrator review and that doing so does not breach an NDA, confidentiality obligation, law, or contract term. Do not submit secrets or personal data that are unnecessary for quote analysis.

  3. 03

    Private processing

The PDF workflow is not currently open to users. If enabled, quote PDFs are kept in private storage and may be processed by OpenAI to extract structured fields. Server-keyed fingerprints and byte hashes may be compared with prior submissions to detect duplicate contributions and attempted repeat access.

  4. 04

    Contribution integrity

Duplicate, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unsafe submissions may be blocked, flagged, or rejected and do not qualify for contributor access. Re-approval of the same quote does not renew an access window. Submission does not guarantee approval, access, or inclusion in any benchmark.

  5. 05

    Private-beta availability

Features may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while the service is evaluated. Billing and automated entitlement enforcement are inactive. No paid plan can be purchased today, and future team or enterprise descriptions are not offers or commitments.

Public benchmark boundary

Raw documents and submitter identity are not included in public benchmark summaries. Contributed quote cohorts are not currently published, and illustrative examples must not be treated as observed market evidence.

Privacy and security describe the handling boundaries that accompany these terms.
